What’s included:
Comprehensive Health Questionnaire
1 x 1:1 60-90 minute zoom or in-person initial consultation (longer by arrangement)
1 x 1:1 45-60 minute follow up (ideally 2 weeks following)
Research on your unique situation following initial consultation
Presentation of the initial phase of your personalised Wellness Plan (see more under “Work with me”)
This includes an explanation of underlying causes uncovered to date
Prescription - supplement and/or herbal formula recommendations as required
charged separately
Testing - recommended as appropriate, from your GP or functional testing for a deeper dive
tests are charged separately as prices vary widely
this would only be done as required, and if your budget allows
